How can I check the status of my claim package?

You need to contact the Primary TSP that was awarded your shipment. Their claims contact information should be listed on the bottom of your Loss and Damage at Delivery form, often refered to as DD Form 1840.  It should also be listed in the shipment management tab of the DPS system.  Feel free to let us know if you have claims difficulty by sending us an email at support@milmove.com
