If you forgot to file a claim can you file for the depreciated value still?

If you are still within 9 months of delivery, you can still claim FRV. If you are over 9 months and up to 2 years you can file for depreciated value. Some exceptions may apply, but they must be well documented, such as hospitalization, deployment, TDY, Emergency Leave etc.
